I want to let readers know about a rally to show your love for our Constitution and country: Freedoms First Rally for the Constitution, Sept. 12 and 13 in Washington, D.C.
The White House, Congress, and sometimes even the Supreme Court, are endangering this great nation by ignoring its foundation: the U.S. Constitution. The role of government is continuously expanding, funded by American taxpayer dollars, and infringing on the everyday lives of the people. The current White House seems bent on securing more executive powers (e.g. appointing numerous czars) and weakening our national defense (e.g. renouncing use enhanced interrogation techniques, granting “enemy combatants” Miranda rights).
