Dissent is rising among Democrats in the climate change bill, also known as cap-and-trade. Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-AR) and some of his peers, Sens. Ben Nelson (D-NE) and Kent Conrad (D) and Byron Dorgan (D) of North Dakota are in favor of putting this bill off because the scope is too large.

This bill passed in the House thanks to a handful of Republican members. It looks like there is hope after all.
