Just how ridiculous and “fair” is the U.S. tax code? The latest IRS data is out, and it doesn’t look pretty for Americans who want to do well and accumulate wealth.
Top 1% of income earners are paying 40% of all income taxes! And nearly all income tax revenues come from the top 50% of earners! This country is being carried by half its taxpaying population. So look to your neighbor and know that one of you is responsible for funding the federal government.
