The latest recount in Minnesota has Norm Coleman (R) ahead with about 340 votes and challenger Al Franken (D) is looking to take his case to the Democrat-controlled Senate. Talk about the loser trying to change the rules. Instead of honoring the voting results of Minnesotans, Franken is willing to overturn that by seeking help from his party friends in Congress.
