It’s the people’s seat

The highlight of the debate between Scott Brown (R-MA) vs. Martha Coakley (D-MA) came when the Senate seat was referred to as late Sen. Ted Kennedy’s seat.

No sir, it’s the people’s seat. Brown made sure everyone understood that.

It was a breath of fresh air.

Scott Brown’s campaign also raised more than $1 million in one day yesterday. That’s very impressive. The Coakley camp has received resource reinforcements from the Democrat Party — just to make sure she can bag a win on January 19.

It’ll be a tight race. Several pollsters are betting on a Coakley win, albeit within a small margin. However, there’s still seven days until election day, so anything can still happen.

We know one thing for sure: Brown has the momentum.
