Super Tuesday came and went, and it belonged to the Republican women.
The high profile GOP primaries in SC, CA, and NV found victories for Nikki Haley, Meg Whitman, Carly Fiorina, and Sharron Angle. Okay, so Haley fell short of capturing 50% to avoid a runoff but let’s hope Barrett does the right thing and pulls out of the race to support Haley in November. After all, he’d lost by a huge margin of double digits.
In November Whitman will face off Brown (D-CA) in the gubernatorial election and Fiorina has a tough battle against incumbent Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA). Conservatives are counting on Angle to defeat incumbent Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV).
