Have you heard of the “Fighting Four“? These are four Republican candidates in high profile senate races. The candidates are:
- Chuck DeVore (CA) – He’s an assemblyman in Orange County, CA and acclaimed author of China Attacks, a novel that’s banned by Beijing. Mr. DeVore is fighting to release Californians from incumbent Sen. Barbara Boxer’s liberal grip.
- Marco Rubio (FL) – As Sen. Mel Martinez officially resigned earlier this month, Gov. Charlie Crist (endorsed by NRSC) will compete with Mr. Rubio to be Florida’s next senator. The Republican establishment has picked Crist to win because of his popularity, even though he’s receiving tons of criticism for being a RINO.
- Pat Toomey (PA) – Two words: Arlen Specter. Need I say more?
- Michael Williams (TX) – Sen. Kay Hutchison announced her candidacy for Texas governor in August 2009 and to resign from her senate post during the autumn of 2009. Commissioner Williams seeks to serve the people of Texas with his proven conservative ideals. He’s received two important endorsements: Newt Gingrich and RedState.com.
