Barack Obama had about one year to warm the executive chair in the Oval Office now, and already the American people are ready for him to scoot:
The Allstate/National Journal Heartland Monitor poll shows 50% say they would probably or definitely vote for someone else. Fully 37% say they would definitely cast a ballot against Obama. Meanwhile, just 39% would vote to re-elect the pres. to a 2nd term, and only 23% say they definitely would do so.
That is pretty sad. I’m sure President Obama won’t take it well. After all, he thought the world loved him and would say yes to anything he does. Remember, he did win the Nobel Peace Prize. (But screwed up Chicago’s chance to host the Olympics.)
Have you start noticing some cars on the road with marks of a scraped off bumper stickers? They were once Obama supporters who are now either too embarrassed or too pissed off (or both).
