Will George Voinovich undo a Brown victory?

Uh oh, Michelle Malkin got a tip about President Obama meeting with Sen. George Voinovich (R-OH) today. Is the White House now targeting Republican senators who are retiring, therefore having no re-election pressure and nothing to lose?

How could Senator Voinovich even entertain a thought of supporting Obama’s health care agenda…..when Mass. is about to tell the country that Obama’s agendas are not what the electorates need or want?

Yes, we need health care reform, but not the reform that President Obama wants to foster upon us. And if there is any hint of a bribe or entitlement going to his state for his vote, Voinovich will not only be known as “sell-out” senator, but the recepient of much anger and discord.

If Brown pulls a victory today, it will send shock waves from Massachusetts to Washington, DC to Nebraska to Nevada to California. Sen. Voinovich, although retiring, ought to think about his legacy, and that is whether or not he served his constituents.
