Remember our heroes.
Regardless of how our armed forces are portrayed by the media, domestic or otherwise, know this: America’s sons and daughters in uniform are a force of good in this world. Whatever your political view, no matter your race, you cannot deny the fact that these men and women are selfless warriors who voluntarily gave up so much to fight for something far greater.
Freedom.
And not just for Americans. But for oppressed people everywhere. Wherever there is injustice, count America as one who sends in her troops promptly and decisively.
For this reason America had been labeled the “world’s police,” “imperialistic,” “war monger,” and many things far worse. As difficult as it may be, ignore them.
The sufferers and the oppressed know very well that America may just be their last hope. Just look at their protests and demonstrations… More often than not, they make signs to draw the attention of Americans; they chant in English; they risk their lives to speak with American media.
We salute you, brave soldier. And the world needs you.
