Gen. Stanley McChrystal received an unanimous endorsement from NATO defense ministers in his counterinsurgency strategy in Afghanistan.
Will this sway President Obama to take immediate action to send more troops? It has been months since the president met with Gen. McChrystal to discuss the War in Afghanistan, and the White House continues to be silent on this matter as our brave soldiers fight for the livelihood of that region.
Is the administration afraid to make a move because of the elections coming up? Are the lives of American troops being held hostage to the Democrats’ political game? I sure hope not. A clear direction and commitment must be made soon.
