In the U.K., thousands of babies are delivered outside of maternity wards thanks to the management of National Health Services. Mothers have had to deliver their babies in a car, in a hallway, in the bathroom, or in their office, because the hospitals are out of beds. This is a first world country we are talking about, but evidently British mothers are receiving third world health services.
Government health care: Deliver the baby elsewhere, please
