Now Myanmar wants a nuke, North Korea helps

There’s already Iran and North Korea to worry about, but now Myanmar wants in on the action to become a rogue nuclear nation. And thanks to the world leniency that’s been shown to N. Korea, it was able to help Myanmar get started on its nuclear program:

A defector from Myanmar — an army major and deputy commander of a top-secret nuclear facility — escaped the country with thousands of files detailing a secret nuclear and missile program.

“The purpose is they really want a bomb. That is their main objective,” said defector Sai Thein Win, the major who says he visited the installations and attended meetings at which the new technology was demonstrated.

“They want to have the rockets and nuclear warhead,” he said.

Is there any doubt that Iran has also been approached by other nations about acquiring nuclear technology?

Iran and N. Korea both have advanced their nuclear program because nobody pushed to stop them. The U.N. was useless. The Obama administration sat idle and just ran its mouth. So what happens? Their rogue programs get propagated to other countries. Instead of facing a threat from two rough nuclear powers, soon we’ll be seeing many more.
