I cannot think of a reason for the president to actually write a letter addressed to cuckoo North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Il. I guess President Obama was hoping that his prose could persuade Kim to come back to the negotiation table about getting rid of N. Korea’s nuclear ambition. I wonder if the president also sent along some magazines with him on the cover?
